慢性喉炎局部穴位电刺激治疗前后喉镜观察及声学分析

Laryngoscopic examination and acoustic analysis of chronic laryngitis before and after treatment of local acupoint electric stimulation

目的观察穴位电刺激治疗慢性喉炎的临床疗效并探讨其应用价值。方法采用韩氏穴位刺激仪对４０例慢性喉炎〔单纯性：２２例；声带小结：１８例（早期８例，后期１０例）］进行人迎、合谷穴位刺激治疗，治疗前后分别行喉镜检查及声学测试，观察喉部病变及嗓音声学特征变化以评价疗效。结果 １４例（３５％）痊愈，声带病变消除，声学参数及语图正常；１８例（４５％）好转，声带病变减轻，声学参数值下降，语图逐渐恢复；８例（２０％）无效，声带病变及声学特征无明显变化；总有效率达８０％。其中单纯性喉炎有效率为９１％，声带小结早期为８７．５％，后期为５０％。结论局部穴位电刺激方法主要适用于治疗慢性单纯性喉炎及早期声带小结，具操作简单，无创伤、痛苦及疗效较显著等特点。

Objective To study the method of local acupoint electric stimulation (LAES)and its application in chronic laryngitis. Methods 40 patients with chronic laryngitis including simple laryngitis and vocal nodules were treated with LAES,using a Han's Acupoint Stimulator. Laryngoscopic and acoustic examination were performed before and after treatment in all patients to evaluated the effect of the treatment. Results Of the original 40 patients, 14 (35%)were cured and had normal glottal images and voice. 18(45% ) cases were improved with improved glottal images and reduced acoustic parameters. The sonograms revealed that the harmonic waves and formats were recovered gradually and the noise signals were lessened in these patients. Only 8(20%) patients had a 'insfficiency' result. The glottal images and acoustic parameters didn't change at all after treatment. The efficacy of the treatment was 91% in simple laryngitis,87. 5 % in the early stage of vocal nodules and 50% in the latern stage of vocal nodules. Conclusion Local acupoint electric stimulation is a noninvasive, efficient, simple and convenient method and suitable for simple laryngitis and early vocal nodules.
