鼻前庭成形术结合中药治疗萎缩性鼻炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with meteria medica and nasal vestibule plasty on atrophic rhinitis

目的 探讨萎缩性鼻炎的治疗方法。方法 采用鼻前庭成形术加服中药治疗萎缩性鼻炎５８例，并与单行鼻前庭成形术４２例做对照组比较。结果 显示：术后一年观察组的显效率为６１．７％，优于对照组３１．０％，Ｐ＜０．００５。术后２年观察组的显效率７２．４％，与对照组７１，４％相当，Ｐ＞０．０５。结论 说明鼻前庭成形术后加服中药能帮助鼻功能恢复。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with meteria medica and nasal vestibule plasty on atrophic rhinitis. Methods 58 cases with atrophic rhinitis were treated by nasal vestibule plasty combined with herbal medicine orally taken for 3 months after surgery. Another gruop of patients (42 cases) with this lesion were treated only by surgery as control. Results The significantly effective rate in treating group was 61. 7% one year follow- ing operation, significantly higher than that of 31. 0% in controlling group, and was 72. 4% two years after surgery, almost the same as that of 71. 4% in controlling group. Conclusion This combined therapy should be effective for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis.
