The isospin fractionation is measured by the saturated neutron-proton ratios of the nucleon emission and fragment emission in the fragmentation and dissipation. The calculated results by using isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model show that isospin fractionation, < (N/Z)n >b / < (N/Z)Nimf>b depends sensitively on the symmetry potential and weakly on isospin effect of in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section, such as,
