摘要 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has already become an instrument used widely in analysis for multi-elements because of outstanding properties of many practical applications, non-destructive testing, easy operation, speed-iness, low price and so on.The traditional high resolution X-ray detector was a liquid nitrogen cooled Si(Li) or HPGe. A major disadvantage of cooling by LN2 is the necessity for LN2 Dewar bottle, which is an integral part of the spectrometer,
