摘要
目的 了解预后不同的分裂样精神病存在的差异。方法 对176例首次发病诊断为分裂样精神病按病程达3个月时是否痊愈分组,痊愈者64例为SFP组,未痊愈者112例为Sc组,进行临床比较。结果 两组在发病诱因、起病形式、临床症状、治疗效应及阳性家族史等方面存在差异。结论 两组疾病可能为异源性。
Objective To compare the characteristics of patients of schizophrenia - like psychosis with diffierent prognosis. Method Thirty two schizophrenia- like psychosis were compared with schizophrenia in chinial characteristics. Results The two groups were found to differ in inclosure, mode of onset, .symptomatology, efficacy and family history. Conclusion Schizophrenia - like psychosis and schizophrenia may be heterological disorders.
