万拉法辛缓释剂(怡诺思)与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的对照研究

A controlled study in the treatment of depression with venlafaxine extended release and fluoxetine

目的 验证万拉法辛缓释剂(怡诺思)治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法 按双盲、双模拟法将35例抑郁症患者分为万拉法辛缓释剂组(以下简称万拉法辛组)和氟西汀组。采用HAMD、HAMA及CGI评定疗效,采用TESS、实验室检查及体检评价安全性。结果 两组疗效相当,万拉法辛组对伴随的焦虑症状也有较好疗效。万拉法辛组不良反应轻,安全性好,常见不良反应有口干、恶心、呕吐及出汗等。结论 万拉法辛缓释剂是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,病人对药物的耐受性及依从性好。

Objective To study the efficacy and adverse reaction of venlafaxine extended release(XR)in the treatment of major depression. Methods Thirty-five patients were randomized to venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group. HAMD,HAMA and CGI were adopted to evaluate the efficacy. Safety was evaluated by TESS, laboratory and physical examination. Results Effects of both groups were similar. Venlafaxine group had effect on anxiety symptom. The adverse reactions of venlafaxine were mild. Venlafaxine was safe. The common adverse reactions were thirst, nausea, rejection and sweating. Conclusion Venlafaxine XR is an effective and safe antidepressant. The tolerance and compliance are good.
