腹腔镜腹股沟疝内环口关闭并腹腔内补片植入术43例临床报告

REPORT OF 43 CASES UNDERWENT LAPAROSCOPIC ABDOMINAL RING CLOSURE AND INTRAPERITONEAL ONLAY MESH

目的 探讨腹腔镜腹股沟疝内环口关闭并腹腔内补片植入术在腹股沟疝修补中的临床意义。方法 在腹腔镜下行内环口荷包结扎及补片植入修补缺损区。结果 4 3例病人 4 6侧腹股沟疝手术均获成功 ,平均手术时间 2 0 .3min。 2例发生操作孔血肿 ,1例阴囊积气。

Objective:To investigate the role of laparoscopic closure of abdominal ring and intraperitoneal onlay mesh in hernioplasy.Methods:Forty-three patients (46 sides) underwent laparoscopic closure of abdominal ring and intraperitoneal onlay mesh.Results:All the cases were operated successtully.Hernatoma port-site occurred in 2 cases and scrotum pneumatosis occurred in 1 case.Conclusions:Laparoscopic closure of abdominal ring and intraperitoneal onlay mesh are safe,effective and easy in hernioplasy,and merited to popularize.
