长段大隐静脉移植、静脉动脉化治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎

Venous transplant and venous as artery treat thrombosis vasculitis

目的 回顾性分析静脉移植 +静脉动脉化治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床效果。方法 总结 7例病人资料结合文献进行讨论。结果 7例患者术后次日原足痛症状基本消失、皮温升高、皮肤色泽红润、溃疡足趾创面渗出明显减少 ,除 1例因其它原因而导致手术失败后 ,余病例经 3月 - 3年随访、均已恢复工作。结论 静脉移植 +静脉动脉化术式是治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者的有效方法。

Objectives To study the clinical result of venous transplant and venous as artery treat thrombosis vasculitis.Methods To discussion 7 patients’s data and literature.Results After operation the 7patients’s foot pain symptom has disappeared. Skin temperature has gone up . The skin of color ruddy complexion . the toe wound oozed of ulcer has reduced , All patients has recovered ,because of one patient operation has failed.Conclusions Venous transplant and venous as artery treat Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ period thrombosis vasculitis is a effective methods.
