潜水员心理素质的结构效度分析

Factor analysis of psychological quality of divers

目的:探讨潜水员的心理素质结构,为潜水员心理选拔提供参考。方法:对414名海军潜水员进行11项测验,共获得28个观测变量,对所得数据进行因素和相关分析。结果:潜水员的心理素质由14个因素构成,这14个因素可以归纳为个性、智力、知觉、注意和心理运动能力。结论:潜水员心理素质结构主要包括个性、智力、知觉、注意和心理运动能力,其中智力、注意和心理运动能力为潜水员应具备的基本心理素质。

Objective: To study the construct of psychological quality of divers and provide reference for selection of divers. Methods: Four hundred and fourteen naval divers were subjected to 11 tests and 28 variables were obtained. For these variables, factor and correlation analysis were carried out. Results: Psychological quality of divers was composed of 14 factors, which could be further grouped into 5 factors including personality, intelligence, perception, attention and psychomotor ability. Conclusion: Psychological quality of divers is composed of personality, intelligence, perception, attention and psychomotor ability,among which the intelligence,attention and psychomotor ability are essential.
