摘要
利用液体培养的方法研究了6种碳源、8种氮源对杏鲍菇菌丝胞外纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、木质素酶(漆酶、愈创木酚氧化酶、多酚氧化酶)活性对菌丝干重的影响。结果表明,酶活性高低和菌丝生长量大小之间无必然联系。各种酶活性在不同碳、氮源培养时有较大差异。就纤维素酶而言,果糖和硫酸铵是很好的碳、氮源;对于半纤维素酶,乳糖和硫酸铵是很好的碳氮源;关于木质素酶,综合比较,较好的碳氮源是果糖和酵母膏。
Under liquid culture conditions, the effect of six kinds of carbon sources and eight kinds of nitrogen on extracellular cellulase, hemicellulase and ligninase (lacquerase, polyphend oxidase,healing-lignan oxidase)activity and mycelial dry weight by leurotus ergngii hypha was studied. The results showed that enzyme activity was out of all relation to mycelium yield. Moreover every kind of enzyme activity has great difference in different carbon and nitrogen sources. CMCase fructose and (NH4)2SO4 were the best carbon and nitrogen sources respectively. Lactose and (NH4)2SO4 were the most suitable carbon and nitrogen sources to induling hemicellulase. About liginase better carbon and nitrogen sources were fructose and yeast extract.
