棉铃虫和粘虫不同组织的氨肽酶活性及与Bt毒蛋白结合特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 用棉铃虫和粘虫制备不同组织匀浆液,分别进行了蛋白质含量和氨肽酶N活性测定,不同组织样品与毒蛋白点杂交测试,中肠可溶性蛋白与Bt毒蛋白的Western印迹。结果表明:棉铃虫和粘虫肠部组织酶活性都非常高,并且肠部组织样品和Bt毒蛋白都有点杂交结合;但只有棉铃虫中肠刷状缘膜小泡(BBMV)和Bt毒蛋白有Western印迹,而粘虫中肠BBMV和Bt毒蛋白没有Western印迹。 Studies were carried out to the hybridization and test between Bt toxin and different tissues from Helicoverpa armigera and Mythimna separata. The results show that the APN activity is higher in gut than other tissues, the samples of gut tissue have hybridization with Bt toxin, but the BBMV sample which can hybridize with Bt toxin is from Helicoverpa armigera, not from Mythimna separata. 
