摘要
目的探讨阿霉素肾病大鼠ATP酶的变化及黄蜀葵花的影响作用。方法实验分组 :①正常对照组(CN组n =10 ) ;②肾病组 (NS组n =8) ;③预防组 (PNS组n =8) ;④治疗组 (TNS组n =8)。观察黄蜀葵花对Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶、Mg2 + ATP酶的影响和对尿钠排泄的影响。结果黄蜀葵花处理可明显降低阿霉素肾病大鼠红细胞膜及肾内髓组织匀浆的ATP酶活性 ,使钠排泄增加。钠排泄与肾髓质Na+ K+ ATP酶活性呈负相关 ,与尿蛋白无相关关系。结论抑制肾脏髓质ATP酶可能是黄蜀葵花改善肾病大鼠钠潴留作用的主要机制。
ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of ameliorative effect of Abelmosehus manihot Medic (AMM)on sodium retention in adriamycin-induced nephrotic rats (ADR).MethodsThis experiment included four groups:①control(CN n=10 ),②nephrotic syndrome (NS n=8),③prophylactic NS(PNS n=8),④treatment NS(TNS n=8).The effect of AMM on activities of Na +-K +-ATPase,Ca 2+-ATPase and Mg 2+-ATPase in the kidney medulla and the red blood cell membrane and the natriuresis of ADR were studied.ResultsAMM treatment decreased remarkably the activities of the tree ATPases in the kidney medulla and the red blood cell membrane and enhanced significantly the natriuresis levels of ADR.ConclusionThe inhibition of the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase in kidney may be an important mechanism of AMM to ameliorate renal sodium retention of ADR.
