The relationship betweem RAU、OLP and allergens

目的 研究复发性口腔溃疡 (RAU)、口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)的发生与吸入性和食物性过敏原的关系。方法 采用问询方式对 16 1例RAU、16 5例OLP患者询问药物过敏史 ;采用皮内注射法 ,对 10 3例OLP患者、4 2例RAU患者进行过敏原检测。结果 2 1例RAU患者有药物过敏史 ,4 3例OLP患者有药物过敏史。过敏原检测10 3例OLP患者全部呈现过敏反应。 4 2例RAU患者中 39例呈现过敏反应 ,部分患者呈现迟发性过敏反应。结论RAU、OLP的发生与吸入性和食物性过敏原相关 ,限制接触过敏物质 ,进行必要的脱敏治疗 。

Objective To investigate the relationship betweem RAU、OLP and allergens.Methods Medicine anaphylaxis history of 161 cases with RAU and 165 cases with OLP were asked.Scratch test was done in 42 cases with RAU and 103 cases with OLP through intradermal injection with some food and inhalational allergens.Results Twenty-one out of 161 cases with RAU and 43 out of 165 cases with OLP had medicine anaphylaxis history.One hundred and three cases with OLP and 39 cases with RAU showed allergic reaction to some food and inhalational allergens.Some cases showed delayd allergic reaction to the food allergens.Conclusion RAU and OLP correlates to some food and inhalational allergens.It is benefit to cure RAU and OLP to use specific desensitization and avoid some food and inhalational allergens.
