SARS疫区高危人群的预防

THE PREVENTION OF HIGH RISK GROUP IN SARS EPIDEMIC AREA

目的探讨研究在SARS疫区高危人群的预防。方法回顾分析总结河北省胸科医院今年 4～ 6月份作为SARS定点收治医院 ,对高危人群进行有效预防的综合措施。结果SARS爆发期间 ,河北省胸科医院高危人数 75 3人 ,其中医务人员 4 85人 ,患者家属 2 6 8人 ,无 1人感染 ,对高危人群预防成功率 10 0 %。收治SARS确诊病例 2 1例 ,疑似病例 4 6例 ,治愈率 10 0 % ,病死率 0 %。结论本结果在SARS世界性爆发 ,治疗原则未成章 ,全球对该病均处于初步探索阶段 ,河北省胸科医院取得了高危人群零感染 ,预防成功率 10 0 %的成果 ,可以肯定 ,这一预防措施值得推广。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effective prevention of the high risk people in SARS epidemic area. MethodsReviewed the comprehensive measures for effective prevention of SARS in the high risk group in one special hospital for SARS from April to June. ResultsIn the period of the breaking out of SARS,there were 753 high risk persons in the hospital,including 485 medical staff and 268 family members of the patients.No one was infected with SARS. Twenty one SARS patients and 46 suspected SARS patients were cured. The success curing rate was 100%.The ratio of death was 0%. ConclusionThe study was carried out in the period of SARS spread when the treatment was not standardized, and the study of SARS in the world was in its initial stage. In the hospital, the infection rate was 0%, the success rate of prevention was 100%. So the prevention measures were of usage in the prevention of SARS.
