中草药消毒剂百泉一号的杀菌效果观察

Observation on effect of the Chinese herbal disinfectant Beiquan No.1 upon bacteria

对用紫草、地肤子、黄柏等中草药制备的消毒剂百泉一号的杀菌效果进行了试验观察。结果表明 ,百泉一号消毒剂对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌具有较好的杀菌作用 ,而且稳定性较好 ,有机物对其杀菌效果影响不明显。

It was confirmed that the Chinese herbal disinfectant Baiquan No.1 developed by the authors has function to disinfect Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptoccus and Bacillus subtilis, that it is more stable and that effect of the organic matters upon its disinfection is not significant.
