摘要
采用速度突变法、等应变速率拉伸法测定了应变速率敏感指数(m值)。探讨了拉伸速度的变化和变形程度对m值测试结果的影响。结果表明,增加试验速度,使m值测试结果提高。在相同的试验条件下,对不同材料的m值进行了测试分析。
The exponent ( m value)of strain rate sensitivity was determined using rate sudden changing and iso-strain rate tensile test. The effects of tensile speed change and different speed changing positions on the m value were discussed. The results showed that the m value is increased as the tensile speed is raised. The m values of different materials were measured and analyzed under same test conditions.
