摘要 目的 :探讨糖基化终产物 (AGEs)对人肾系膜细胞 (HRMC)分泌正常T细胞表达的调节活化蛋白 (RANTES)的影响。方法 :常规制备糖基化终产物 牛血清白蛋白 (AGEs BSA) ,干预体外培养的HRMC ,用ELISA法检测培养上清RANTES水平。结果 :AGEs BSA(64 0mg·L- 1 )干预HRMC后 8h ,培养液中RANTES水平开始逐步升高 ,于 48h达峰值 ,对照组BSA则未见升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Objective To explore the effects of advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs) on the expression of regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) in cultured human renal mesangial cells (HRMC). Method AGEs-BSA was prepared by incubating bovine serum albumin (BSA) with glucose. The cultured HRMC (10 6) were intervened with the same concentrations of AGEs-BSA and BSA. The RANTES level in supernatant was measured by ELISA. Result Compared with the BSA group, the concentration of RANTES in medium began to increase at 8-h and reached the peak at 48-h after intervention with AGEs-BSA ( 640 mg·L -1) (P< 0.01). Conclusion It seems that AGEs-BSA stimulates the secretion of RANTES in cultured HRMC in a time-dependent manner.
