成人临床医学专升本专业教学情况调查分析

Investigation on teaching adult clinical medical undergraduates

目的 :了解成人临床医学专升本学生对专业教学情况的反映 ,指导成人教学改革。方法 :对 2 0 0 3届临床医学专升本学生进行开放式问卷调查。结果 :学生认为临床课程尤其是内外科比较重要 ,学习兴趣相对较高 ;认为生物化学、卫生统计学难度较大 ;对临床流行病学反映比较好。结论 :教师组织教学要针对成人学生具有一定的医学专业基础和工作经历等特点 ,使教学形式、教学方法多样化 ;突出学科的新颖性和实用性 ,减少教学内容的重复 ;增加学生认为难度较大的课程学时数 。

Objective To analyse the feedback from adult clinical medical undergraduates and to conduct reforming of adult clinical medical education.Method Clinical medical students who graduated in 2003 underwent an opening questionnaire.Results Clinical courses particularly surgery and internal medicine were considered important, in which the students were interested accordingly.Biochemistry and health statistics were considered quite difficult to study, and the teaching of clinical epidemiology achieved favourable comment among the courses. Conclusions Teachers should organize teaching activities based on adult students’ characteristics.They should vary teaching mode and emphasize originality and practice of the course,and reduce redundant teaching content and increase teaching hours of course which is difficult for students ,and provide students with more chances of discourse and practice.
