J钩配合滑动直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ~1错

Straight wire appliance combining J hook in correcting class Ⅱ malocclusion

目的 :探讨直丝弓矫治技术结合使用J钩治疗安氏Ⅱ1 错牙合的临床效果。方法 :应用直丝弓矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ1 错牙合患者 9例 ,结合使用J钩头帽口外牵引向后滑动弓丝关闭拔牙间隙 ,并适当应用于拉尖牙向远中的阶段。结果 :9例患者均取得满意疗效 ,后牙建立中性关系 ,前牙覆牙合覆盖正常 ,面型明显改善。结论 :J钩配合滑动直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ1 错牙合是一种行之有效的方法 ,可以很好地控制后牙支抗并控根压低内收上前牙 。

Objective To evaluate the effects of class Ⅱ malocclusion treated with MBT technique with high pull headgear J hook. Method Nine class Ⅱ malocclusion cases were treated with the straight wire appliance, using high pull headgear J hook in the stage of cuspid retraction and space closure. Result All the 9 cases were approving the class Ⅰ molar relationship, normal overbite-overjet and amendatory profile. Conclusion MBT technique with high pull headgear J hook is an effective way to control the anchorage, retract the anterior teeth and improve the profile in the treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion.
