摘要
余霖 ,清代浙江常州人 ,著有《疫疹一得》 ,创制名方清瘟败毒饮 ,在防治疫病方面 ,颇具特色 :①明察病因 ,辨证施治 ;②大剂用药 ,开创先例 ;③解毒养阴 ,贯穿始终 ;④瘟疫斑疹 ,需加活血。
Yu Lin, born in Changzhou, Zhejiang in the Qing Dynasty, wrote the book “Yizhen Yide”, and developed a famous prescription called “qingwen baidu yin”, which has specific features of its own in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases. These include a careful analysis of the cause prior to differential treatment, the use of herbs in large doses, the principle of eliminating toxin to nourish yin, and the method of promoting blood flow for epidemic macular eruptions.
