芬太尼透皮贴剂辅助美沙酮治疗重度海洛因依赖96例疗效观察

A Clinical Study on the efficacy of Methadone Treatment Supplemented by Transepidermal Application of Fentanyl in Detoxificating Patients with Severe Heroin Abuse

目的:比较芬太尼透皮贴剂辅助美沙酮递减法治疗重度海洛因依赖与单用美沙酮递减疗法的效果,以及两组在一个疗程中的美沙酮的总用量和治疗总时间的变化。方法:176例随机分为二组,芬太尼透皮贴剂辅助美沙酮递减法96例(治疗组),单用美沙酮递减法80例(对照组),对两组在一个疗程脱毒美沙酮总量和治疗天数进行统计。结果:治疗组有效率96.87%。对照组有效率85%,治疗组平均每人使用美沙酮总量和治疗天数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂是一种新型的阿片类镇痛剂,辅助美沙酮治疗重度海洛因依赖能够减少美沙酮的用量和缩短治疗时间,较好的控制戒断症状,提高有效率。同时芬太尼通过皮肤缓慢吸收药物,作用时间长,使用方法简单,安全有效,副反应轻微。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of oral methadone therapy supplemented by transepidermal fentanvl with the efficacy of methadone alone, giving close attention to changes of dosed and therapy days of methadone in these groups of severe heroin abuse.Methods: 176 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=96) has received methadone orally with transepidermal application of fentanyl and control group (n=80) received methadone orally only. The total dose and therapy days of methadone were recorded.Results: The efficacy rate of experimental group was 96.87%, and the rate of control group was 85%.The total doses and therapy days of methadone within whole course of therapy in experimental group were more less than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: As a supplement measure transepidermal Fentanv1 might reduce the total dose and therapy days of oral application of methadone, so that this combined method could be a better therapy measure.
