曲唑酮对海洛因依赖者脱毒期及脱毒后的焦虑抑郁及心理渴求的影响

The Effect of Trazodone on Depression,Anxiety and Drug Craving of Heroin Addicts during and after Detoxification

目的:了解曲唑酮对海洛因依赖者脱毒期及脱毒后的焦虑抑郁及心理渴求的疗效。方法:在美沙酮(MTD)脱毒时随机抽取MTD联合曲唑酮(A组)与单独MTD治疗(B组)各进行对比观察。使用HAMD和HAMA评定两组病人治疗前后的抑郁和焦虑程度及自拟的心理渴求评分表。每日评定一次。结果:MTD联合曲唑酮组较单独用MTD组焦虑抑郁和心理渴求分明显减少,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01),即A组病人的抑郁焦虑症状及心理渴求明显比B组轻。结论:曲唑酮可有效地减轻海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间及脱毒后的焦虑抑郁症状和心理渴求的程度。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of trazodone on depression(D),anxiety(A) and drug craving(DC) of heroin addicts during and after detoxification with methadone.Methods:The addicts (N=75)were divided into two groups (A,B) randomly: Group A (N=42) was treated with methadone and trazodone,but Group B (N=33) with methadone only.Three scales (HDS,HAS and a self-designed psychological drug craving scale) were used to measure the degrees of D,A and DC before and after detoxification between the two groups.Results:The degrees of D,A and DC of group A were decreased more than group B (P<0.01).Conclusion: Trazodone might relieve or eliminate D,A and DC during and after detoxification with methadone.
