柳州市86名女性海洛因依赖者艾滋病知识调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of AIDS's Knowledge in 86 Heroin-dependent Women in Liuzhou City

目的:了解女性海洛因依赖者艾滋病知识、态度及行为特征,为制定预防对策提供依据。方法:自制问卷,对86名女性海洛因依赖者采取匿名调查的方式进行问卷调查。结果:女性海洛因依赖者获得艾滋病相关知识的途径主要来源于我所医生上课,且大部分能掌握艾滋病的特性、传播途径及预防方法,但对要以约束自身行为来预防艾滋病的感染,还有相当一部分人不能做到。结论:在戒毒所里进行艾滋病的预防教育确有成效,但女性海洛因依赖者对艾滋病的预防责任心不强,只有结合美沙酮维持疗法、注射用具管理、安全套发放及安排就业等工作方能有效地遏制艾滋病的感染和蔓延。

Objective:To instigate the AIDS' knowledge, attitude to AIDS and behavioral characters of heroin-dependent women and to supply the evidence for countermeasures.Methods: 86 heroin-dependent women were asked to answer the self-designed questionnaires in anonymous. Results: The main way that these women obtain the knowledge about AIDS is the lessons taught by the doctors of this institution.Now most of them understand the AIDS' characters, route of transmission, and preventive measures.But a lot of these individuals could not prevent AIDS infection and its spread to others by restraining their behaviors.Conclusion:The education really has effects in the compulsory detoxification units,but heroin-dependent women lack the sense of responsibility.This condition could be effectively repressed by the combination of such measures as methadone maintenance therapy, changing needles when injection of drug is used,sending condom and arranging for employment and so on.
