该文用时间序列的方法对上海市市级卫生行政部门 1 995～ 2 0 0 2年近 8年的人民来信进行了分析 ,目的是寻找出人民来信的趋势和变化 ,探求成因 。

8 years' people's letters to Shanghai health system are classified in this paper by time series method with the purpose of finding out their changes and trends of the people's letters'. Further analyzing reasons and proposing how to improve people's letters and reception.
