急性髓系白血病骨髓活检切片中粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1表达及其临床意义的初步研究

摘要 利用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)法对28例急性髓系白血病(AML)患者骨髓活检切片进行粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1(leucocyte function-associated antigen-1/intercellular adhesionmolecule-1)的检测,观察粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1的表达及其临床意义。结果显示,粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1在AML患者骨髓细胞中的表达有很大差异,FAB各亚型间LFA-1/ICAM-1的表达无明显差异,AML未缓解组LFA-1/ICAM-1表达高于缓解组(P<0.01)。提示LFA-1/ICAM-1高表达的患者有化疗抵抗特征,可作为预后不良的指标之一。 The adhesion molecule LFA-1/ICAM-1 expression was measured by APAAP method on bone marrow biopsy section of 28 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), in order to observe the profile of LFA-1/ ICAM-1 expression in AML cells and the relationship between the antigen expression and clinical characteristics. Results showed that there were great differences in the expression of LFA-l/ICAM-1 on AML cells, however, no significant relationship was observed between the antigen expression and FAB subtype of AML. The LFA-1/ ICAM-1 expression rate in non-remission group was much higher than that in complete remission group (P< 0.01). The results suggest that high level expression of LFA-l/ICAM-1 might be one of the predictors of poor prognosis in AML patients.
