摘要
本研究目的在于揭示退休职工生命质量的现状及分布规律，初步探索生命质量的影响因素。以生理心理健康量表对１１２名来自不同行业退休职工（≥４９岁）的生命质量进行了测量。结果发现女性心理紧张反应、生理紧张反应发生率较男性高，其中睡眠障碍与头晕发生率两者差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５与Ｐ＜０００５），而男性慢性疾病发生率较女性高。不同年龄组间生命质量存在差异，＞６５岁年龄组慢性疾病发生率较≤６５岁年龄组高。≤６５岁年龄组生命质量较＞６５岁年龄组要好。不同劳动类型中，以体力劳动者生命质量较脑力劳动者与脑力混合型差。研究发现劳动类型是对生命质量影响的主要因素。
To approach the Quality of life (QOL) and its influence factors of retired staffs.112 retired staffs(49 years of age)have been studied using occupational stress inventory(OSI)methods.The results showed the rates of developing occupational stress (physiological and psychological) in female staffs were higher than that in male staffs.The prevalence of chronic diseases in male was higher that in female.The difference of QOL among various years of age existed.The QOL in men(65 years of age) was better than that in men (>65 years of age).Among various types of work the QOL in physical workers was lower than that in either mental or mixed workers indicating the types of work were mainly influence factors on QOL of retired staffs.
