摘要
在1960~1997 年的37 年内,定点不定期监测重庆市主要交通干道噪声的变化,结果显示车流量逐年增多,最多增加17 倍,而交通噪声呈下降的趋势:Leq 除1997 年比1960 年增多4.0dB,比1983 年降低7.8dB外,其余的L10和L50,1997 年比1983 年分别降低13.9dB和4.16dB。而L90比1983 年增加2.86dB。1997 年各监测点噪声超标率比1993 年减少,但仍有88% 的监测点超标,夜间最低声级为Leq62dB(A)(凌晨4h),比1993 年有所下降,但仍超过夜间噪声Leq55dB(A)的规定。特别是近10 多年来治理交通噪声方面已取得一定效果。目前的交通噪声水平对人群健康仍有所影响,特别是对交通警察的听力已造成损伤。因此应继续加强综合治理措施。
The 10 sites of traffic noise were measured on main highway in 1960 1997,total 37 years in Chongqing.The results showed that the automobile passed counts in 10 minutes were gradually increased from 32 in 1960s to 554 in 1997,but the most moto cars/10 minutes were increased 17 times.The traffic noise were gradually decreased.Leq was lower to 7.8dB(A) in 1997 than in 1983 and Leq was higher 4.0dB(A) in 1997 than in 1960.L 10 and L 50 were lower 13.9 and 4.16dB(A) in 1997 than in 1983 respectively,but L 90 was higher 2.86dB(A) in 1997 than in 1983.Although the noise levels of exceeded national standard rates was lower in 1997 than in 1993,the 88% of highway sites exceeded the environment noise levels.This noise level exceeded Leq 55dB(A) standard in night.In recent 10 years,the administered traffic noise have received some achievement.So far the noise levels still effected on population health,especially the audio curve of ears of traffic policemen had been damaged.Oder to reach the national standard the general measures and preventive method on traffic noise should be continually emphasized and consolidated.
