机动车驾驶员身心条件及测评研究

Research of Locomotive Driver’s Body and Psychology Condition Test and Evaluation

以我国10 省市8.5 万名机动车驾驶员24 项身心条件测试指标为基础,采用主因子分析,实验室测定分析与事故调研等方法,建立了由17 项指标组成的机动车驾驶员身心条件测定指标体系,其中11 项感知指标,5 项行为判断与心理指标,1 项动作指标。研究并提出了各项指标的推荐值,建立了指标体系的评价方法。经在46.77 万名机动车驾驶员中验证。

The index system of testing and evaluating the locomotive drivers body and psychology is based on 24 terms of body and psychology test index of 85000 drivers in ten provinces and cities of our country,and adopt such methods as main factor analysis,test analysis in laboratory and accident research.There are 17 terms of index in the system,including 12 terms of perceptive index and 5 terms of behavior judgement and psychology index.We researched and brought up the commendatory data of every terms of index and set up the evaluating method of the index system.This index evaluating system has been verified by testing 467,780 locomotive drivers,and the result is coinciding to the fact,so it deserver to be widely used in all of the country.
