福建省卫生防疫人力分布公平性研究

Equity study on distribution of manpower for hygiene and anti-epidemic in Fujian province

该文应用基尼系数对福建省卫生防疫人力分布的公平性进行研究。结果表明5年来卫生检验师、检验员和卫生医士分布的公平性有所下降，而卫生医师分布的公平性变化不大，初级卫生人员分布的公平性有所改善。比较卫生医师、检验师、医士、检验士及初级卫生人员分布的公平性，卫生医师分布的公平性最好，检验师、检验员和卫生医士的公平性较差，而初级卫生人员公平性有所改善。

This paper studied the eopty of distribution of manpower for hygiene and anti-epidemic in Fujian provine by Ginicoefficient.It showed that epuity of distribution of inspector, assistant inspector and assistant doctor was decreasing in recent five years,the epuity of doctor had no change, and the equity of junior health worker improved.By comparison, the equity of doctor is the best of all,the equity of inspector, assistant inspector and assistan doctor are worse, but the equity of junior health worker has improved.
