摘要
文章首先回顾了建国50年来卫生事业取得的辉煌成就；接着总结分析了20年卫生改革的进程和成效；最后提出下一步深化卫生改革要从基本国情与卫生发展、市场经济与卫生改革、政府职能与卫生体制，健康消费与卫生产业等4方面统一认识、统一步调、同心协力、继续前进。
The brilliant achievements of health service in the past 50 years since the establishment of our country were re viewed. The process of heahth reform in recent 20 years was concluded and analyzed. Finally for deepening health reform,in the next step we should have uniformed knowledge of the following 4 phases; the basic national situation and health development,market econ omy and health refrm,governmental responsibility and health system,health expenditure and health property,that we may take uni formed steps working together and marching forward continuously.
