七十多年前西部地区的农业开发

Agricultural Development of West China in the 1930s

本文对距今七十多年前民国政府对本部开发活动的进行了回顾,指出当时的开发主要局限于农业开发。但是由于政府忙于内战,开发仅仅限于在今天的关中一带,作用较小。回顾这一过程,对于今天的西部开发也许有借鉴意义。

This paper reviews the activities related to development of West China in the 1930s initiated by the government of former Republic of China. Due to the Civil War, development program was limited to agricultural field in Guanzhong Area (in middle of Shaanxi Province), which exerted little influence. But there is still something in the process that we can make use of in today's development of West China.
