摘要
随着社会的演进、科技的进步、高等教育改革的深入发展 ,传统意义上的教学课堂在理论和实践两个方面都得到了新的拓展 ,“第一课堂”正在或已经由教室向图书馆转移 ,大学图书馆在人才培养和院校建设发展中发挥着第一课堂的作用、占居着日益重要的地位。本文从社会发展需求、人才成长需要、教育技术发展运用、教育价值新取向、教育改革新趋向五个方面 ,对教学课堂拓展、转变进行了理性分析 ;从教学、科研、特色办校、教育改革四个方面 ,阐述了大学图书馆向第一课堂转变的必然性 ;从更新转变观念、人才队伍建设、健全完善法规制度、加强信息情报建设、增强教学功能五个方面 。
With the society evolution,technology development and high education reform's deepening,tradition teaching classroom has been expanded both in theory and in practice,'chief classroom'is changing or has changed from schoolroom to library,academic library acts as chief classroom in talents cultivation and school construction and occupies more and more important position.The paper makes rational analysis of teaching classroom's expansion and change form five aspects of society development requirement,talents development requirement,education technology development and application,education value's new tropism and education reform's new trend;sets forth the necessity of academic library's changing to chief classroom from four aspects of teaching, science research,characteristic university and education reform;and raises concrete measures from five aspects of refreshing ideas,talents group construction,improving laws and rules,strengthening information construction and strengthening teaching function.
