本文探讨了知识经济时代图书馆服务理念的转向 ,认为服务意识的升华———情感化、品牌化———是未来图书馆发展的内在归趋 ,图书馆员的素质和服务质量 ,将直接影响。
This paper have discussed turn of library service idea in knowledge-economic times,think that serve the sublimation of consciousness,--feelings and brandization--is that the intrinsic of future library development,librarians quality and serve quality will direct influence,and even decide the well competitive and corresponding location between library.
