摘要
基础地理信息数据库是支撑数字城市的核心 ,也是构筑防震减灾管理信息系统的基础。在城市防震减灾管理信息系统实践的基础上 ,介绍了通过应用QuickBird数据构筑福建永安市防震减灾管理信息系统基础地理信息库的方法。
The fundamental geographic information database is the core support of cybercity as well as the foundation for constructing a management information system of earthquake prevention and hazard mitigation. On the basis of the practice in constructing urban management information system of earthquake prevention and hazard mitigation of Yongan City,this paper discusses the process and experience in application of QuickBird remote sensing data to construct the system.
