长江三峡水库蓄水后的首发微震群活动

FIRST MICROQUAKE SWARM ACTIVITY SINCE STORAGE IN THREE GORGES RESERVOIR

长江三峡水库 2 0 0 3年 5月 19日正式蓄水 ,6月 7～ 30日发生可定位 0级以上地震 131次 ,其中最大为ML2 .1。经分析 ,该微震群活动与水库蓄水有关。

There were 131 microquakes,whose magnitude are greater than zero,occured from June 7-30 since the Three Gorges Reservoir began to store water on May 19,2003.The maximum magnitude is M L 2.1.The analysis shows that the microquake swarm activity is related to the water storing of the Three Gorge Reservoir.
