摘要
[目的]讲价“肿瘤宣传周”的效果。[方法]在1991年和1996年宣传周前后,分别进行了四次全市规模的抽样调查。[结果]①两次“宣传周”前后相比,肿瘤防治知识的平均得分分别提高了16.74%和12.18%,知识知晓春比例分别提高了9.5和17.5个百分点,知识贫乏者的比例分别降低了6.8和1.2个百分点,与预防肿瘤有关的良好生活习惯形成率分别提高了2.1~13.0和0.6~5.5个百分点。②1996年与1991年相比,人群肿瘤防治知识平均得分提高了46.79%,与预防肿瘤相关的良好生活方式的形成率则有明显提高,有的无变化,有的略有下降。③人们主要通过大众媒介(电视、电台和报刊)获取肿瘤防治知识,近年来,针对性面对面教育的覆盖面明显上升。[结论]“宣传周”活动对普及防癌抗癌知识、促进健康生活方式的形成是有效的,应及时了解人群对肿瘤防治健康教育的需求,调整宣传策略和方向,提高健康教育的效果。
[Purpose] To evaluate the effects of cancer pubicity week. [Methods] Four city investigations were carried out the before and after the cancer publicity week in 1991 and 1996. [Results] Before and after each two publicity week, the average score of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge has increased 16. 74% and 12. 18%, respectively, and the population ratio of knowledge has increased 9. 5 % and 17. 5%, respectively,while the population ratio of inadequate knowledge has decreased 6. 8% and 1. 2%, respectively. The rate of good hygienic habit has been elevated 2. 1 % ~ 13% and 0. 6% ~ 5 .5%, respectively. When comparing 1996 with 1991, the average score of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge in population has increased 46. 79%. The rates of preventing-cancer related hygienic habits has been raised, kept stable, or decreased. People acquire the knowledge of preventing and treating cancer from public media(TV, radio, newspaper and magazine). Recent years the coverage rate of highaccordance face to face education is improved. [Conclusion] The' publicity week' activity is very effective in spreading prevening and anti- cancer knowledge and promoting hygienic habits forming. To elevate the effects of health education, it is important to know what people need for anti-cancer healthy education and adjust the policy and trends on time.
