摘要
目前,耐药菌株日益增多,眼部细菌感染的治疗愈加复杂。作者对近两年来在门诊连续遇到的17例前房积脓性角膜深层溃疡,采用大剂量先锋霉素V 球肌膜内注射治疗,效果良好,报告如下。临床资料17例病人中,男11例,女6例。年龄:15～71岁。均为单眼发病。职业:工人6例,农民8例,学生1例,其它2例。诱因:外伤11例(树枝、铅笔、庄稼桔划伤7例,角膜异物刮除后3例,被他人用手抓伤1例),长期戴亲水软性角膜接触镜2例,原因不明者4例。发病至就诊时间:最短2天,最长者40天,平均17.5天。
Hypopyon ulcer can be caused by many kinds of bacteria.It is usuaUy treated with gentamycin,chloromycetiv etal at present,but the effect is not satisfactory.Cefazolin,a kind of broad—spectrum antibiotic was used subfascially to treat17 cases of hypopyon ulcer.All patients healed after 1—9days of treatment.It showed a satisfactory effect of short dura-tion,good result and convenient application.
