摘要
先天性上睑下垂是一种影响视功能和有碍面容的疾病,由于多种原因往往在青春期治疗。近年来,随着儿童卫生保健事业的发展,儿童先天性上睑下垂的治疗已成为眼科学者所关注的课题。鉴于国内这方面的材料很少,现将我们的儿童上睑下垂手术初步报告如下。材料和方法总结1986年3月至1990年10月间儿童先天性上睑下垂手术30例。其中男性19例,女性11例。单眼下垂20例,双眼下垂10例,共40眼。年龄1～13岁。随访时间:3个月～2年。
The authors performed operation in 30 children (40 eyes) with congenital ptosis.Resection of the levator palpebrae superioris and sling of frontal muscle are performed.The results of the research are as follows:There are 26 eyes in correction (65%),14 eyes in no full of correction (35).We alsodiscuss the operating time in children with congenital ptosis.The patients durint 3-6 years old are suit-able to be operated.
