摘要 用γ射线照射小鼠后输注胸腺、淋巴结混合细胞,成功诱导出再生障碍性贫血动物模型,其发生率96.67%,发生时间稳定,实验重复性好,推迟了死亡的时间,为开展再生障碍性贫血机制研究和观察药物作用提供了一种良好的实验研究方法。 An aplastic anemia model was established in mice. When BALB/c mice were given 1 × 106/0.2 ml lymph node and thymus cells obtained from DBA/2 mice immediately after 5 Gy wholebody irradiation, the aplastic anemia incidence was 96.67 %, developed duration focused in 10 - 24 days, repeat experiment were basically identical and animal death time was longer. The decrease of blood count and marrow nuclear cells, change in T lymphocyte subsets, IFN-γ and pathological examination were consistent with those of aplastic anemia in human being. Therefore, this animal model might provide an useful means for studies on the pathogenesis and treatment of aplastic anemia.
