摘要
对人工创造的300多份四倍体桑种质的枝叶生长性能进行了鉴定评价。结果表明:50%以上的四倍体叶片较大较厚,单叶重>10克,叶片100cm2重>2.4克;有40多份四倍体种质叶特大特厚;较多的四倍体其枝条生长高度偏低,约有19.6%的四倍体枝条生长高度达到沙2×伦109的水平;某些四倍体生长甚旺,约有17%的四倍体种质的枝条数达到沙2×伦109水平,大部分四倍体的枝条数较少;桑叶高产的四倍体占10.75%,中等以上产量水平的占26.36%,其余73.66%为中等及以下水平。高产四倍体可分为条多条高类型、枝高节密叶较大类型以及叶大叶厚类型。
324 germplasms of mulberry artificially tetraploid were studied. The results show that majority of studied germplasms have big and thick leaves that the leaf weight of single blade is more than 10. 0g,and the leaf weight per 100 cm2 area is more than 2. 4g. 40 germplasms of them have extra big and extra thick leaves. the length of branch of 19. 6 % of studied germplasms of mulberry artificially tetraploid are longer than or as long as 'Sha 2×Lun 109' (2n=28), and the number of branches per tree of 17% of them are more than or as many as 'Sha 2×Lun 109',a few of them have the tallest or most branches, but rest majority have shorter or fewer branch. 10. 8% of them are the high-yielding germplasm of mulberry artificially tetraploid. 26. 4% of studied germplasms of mulberry artificially tetraploid show above middling yield; rest majority of them shows middling and below middling yields. The high-yielding germplasms of mulberry artificially te traploid are the type that it have tall and more branches,or it have more and bigger leaves,or it have the biggest and thickest leaves.
