添食和体喷三眠素诱导蓖麻蚕三眠蚕的试验研究

Inducement of Eri-silkworm Trimolter by Feeding and Spraying Trimolting Hormone

添食和体喷三眠素诱导的蓖麻蚕三眠蚕,全龄经过缩短3～4 天。三龄饷食开始添食三眠素诱导的三眠蚕率达95.73% ～100% ,四龄饷食开始添食三眠素三眠蚕率为零。三龄喷体三眠素诱导的三眠蚕率为8.83% ～48.00% ,且多数三眠蚕为雄蚕;雄蚕三眠蚕率可达88.10% ,雌蚕最高只有6.58% 。诱导的三眠蚕子代能恢复四眠。

For eri-silkworm trimolter induced by feeding and spraying trimolting hormone, its whole duration of instar reduced by three to four days.The rate of trimolting larva,induced by feeding trimolting hormone at the beginning of the third instar,reached 95.73% to 100%, but was zero by feeding trimolting hormone at the begining of the fourth instar.The rate of trimolting larva ,induced by spraying trimolting hormone at the third instar was 8.83% to 48.00%, the most of which with as high as 88.10% was male silkworm, while the highest rate of female silkworm was 6.58%.The induced trimolter of F 1 could regain tetramolter.
