桥小脑角区Gas-CTC解剖研究

摘要 目的:研究桥小脑角区Gas-CTC正常解剖。方法:选择因怀疑内听道病变而行Gas-CIC检查,其中22例患者30只正常耳为研究对象。结果:桥小脑角区的主要解剖结构为内听道、面神经、听神经、三叉神经、小脑前下动脉柈、CPA池、小脑绒球。内听道前后径为4.96±0.85mm,面-听神经束直径为2.28±0.41mm,三叉神经束直径为1.86±0.37mm。结论:Gas-CTC检查能清晰显示桥小脑角区细微的解剖结构,为临床早期诊断及选择手术入路和术式提供了有价值的断层解剖资料。 Objective:To Study the normal antomy of cerebellopontine angle (CPA) area by Gas- CTC cistemography (Gas- CTC). Methods: Patients suspicious of internal acoustic meatus disease were selected for Gas - CTC cister nography 22 patients and 30 normal ears were studied. Results: The internal acoustic meatus, facial nerve, acousic nerve, trigeminal nerve, anterior inferior cerebellar artery loop, CPA cistern and cerebellar floccule were mainly in the anatomical structure of this CPA area. The anterioposterior diameters of internal acoustic meatus are 4.96 ± 0. 85mm, diameters of facial - acoustic nerve tract 2.28 ± 0.41 mm and diameters of trigemiiial nerve tract 1.86 ± 0.37mm. Conclusion; Gas - CTC examination can clearly show the anatomical detail struetrues of CPA area, therefore it may supply the possibility of early diagnosis and the valuable tomographic anatomical references for proper approach and type of operation.
