摘要
先天性眼外肌纤维化是一种少见的先天性肌肉筋膜发育异常。如双眼所有眼外肌,包括提上睑肌受累则称广泛性眼外肌纤维化综合征。眼球运动严重受限,甚至固定,可出现固定性垂直或水平斜视,而表现为固定性外斜者则罕见。Schmidt 等(1917)首次报告1例75岁男性患者为先天性固定性外斜伴眼震。我院于1985年收治1例,近几年又遇到4例,一起报告如下。
Five cases(7 eyes)of fixed exotropia with congenital fibrosis of extraocular muscleswere confirmed by operation and pathology.The degrees of average exotropia before and af-ter operation was 38°(range 15°—55°)and 9.2°(range 0—17°),respectively.Four cases(5 eyes)were equal to 10°or lesser.All cases were followed up for 6 to 36 months,averagingout to 14.4 months.The post-operation effect was stable.The clinical features ,diagnosis,dif-ferential diagnosis and treatment are disscussed in this paper.
