二维及彩色多普勒超声在颌面部囊肿中的诊断价值(附118例分析)

Evaluation of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of maxillofacial cyst

目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流显像在领面部囊肿诊断上的实用价值。方法 收集应用二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像诊断颌面部肿块118例。其中114例经手术及病理证实。结果 二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像对颌面部囊肿诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性分另97.96％、60.00％及91.53％。还分析误属诊的原因。结论 二维超声对颌面部囊肿的诊断有较大价值。彩色多普勒血流显像能提供更多的信息。二维超声与彩色多普勒血流显像的结合能提高颌面部囊肿的诊断准确率。

Purpose Evaluation of two-dimensional ultrasonography (2D) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of maxillofacial cyst. Methods 2D and CDFI were performed in 118 patients with maxillofacial mass. 114 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results The diagnostic sensitivity by 2D and CDFI was 97. 96%. The specificity was 60% and the accuracy was 91. 53%. The causes of misdiagnosis were discussed in detail. Conclusion 2D played important roles in diagnosing maxillofacial cyst. CDFI provided more information for blood flow. 2D combined with CDFI could improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
