摘要
葡萄膜炎是一种常见眼病,常引起白内障和玻璃体混浊而致盲。这种并发性白内障用常规白内障手术治疗效果不满意,因为:①常有虹膜后粘连。给晶体囊内或囊外摘出造成困难;②由于玻璃体混浊,也使单纯白内障摘出术后视力提高不良;③手术会激惹,加重葡萄膜炎。Diamond 和Kaplan 于1978年首先报告了13例15眼用经睫状体平部作晶体切除术联合玻璃体切除术(简称ppl 和ppv)治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障。
Seven eyes with uveitis and complicated undergoing pars plana lensectomy and vitrecto-my,showed improved vision in the all.There were two postoperative eyes with visul acultyof 1.5.There was no exacerbation and no recurrence of the uveitis.Follow-up period were1-24 monthes,no recurrence of the uveitis.The management has several advantages includingbetter postoperative visual acuities,treated uveitis an complicated cataract of the uveitis andstop oral steriod treatment.Authers believed undergoing pars plana lensectomy and vitrecto-my was a new effective method for treatment of complicated cataract from uveitis.
