摘要
作者1964年12月开始,用角膜放射状切开术治疗近视眼。此后参照苏联Fyod orov 的方法作一些改进,截至1990年12月的统计为5330例10480眼。全部病例均在术后1～2年由专人复查。现报告如下。材料和方法一、病例5330例中,男3798、女1532,单眼手术180眼,共10480眼。年龄16～45岁。屈光度:-1.5～3.0D3158眼,-3.25～6.0D6218眼,-6.25～9.0D750眼,-9.25～12.0D354眼。
The author corrected myopy of 5 330 cases(10 480 eyes)with radial keratotomy from
1964.12 to 1990.12.In examining the patients between the first year and second after
operation,the average value of myopic diopter is found to be reduced by 4.02D.The rate of
patients who have attained the normal sight of lower,middle and high myopy is respectively
86.45%,77.65% and 22.65% ,Naked eye sight which before operation was less than 0.4 and
now no less than 1.0,is 8 696 eyes,159eyes have keroto-microperforation.The eye suffering
for far sight after operation is 104eyes,Myopy of 2 593 eyes remained near-sighted as
before.No one has more serions complication,No one has no improvement.
