摘要
白内障囊外摘除植入后房型人工晶体的手术,越来越被广大的眼科医生所采用,其手术的优点是一致公认的。术后瞳孔区的纤维膜复盖于人工晶体的表面是手术的早期并发症之一。我们随访了七个病人共计八眼的瞳孔区纤维膜的出现和消退过程,并通过动物实验,观察纤维膜的结构,对纤维膜的预防和治疗提出了新的途径。
The pupillary fibrin membrane of 7 cases(8 eyes)that received posterior chamber lens implantation had been followed up.The onset of the condition was generally 3 to 7 days after surgery and resolved in 21 to 30 days. The fibrin membrane of rabbit examined by light microscope revealed that the membrane consists of many factors which was fibroblastic cells,fibrin,few blood cells and cortical materials.It may reduce exudates and accelerate the absorbtion of fibrin membrane after treatment with steroids.
