摘要
试验对日本蔺草4个栽培品种的草茎结构进行了观察对比。结果表明,不论是外观形态还是解剖结构,品种间存在着明显的差异,日本太草草茎壁厚、纤维束数和维管束数多、髓部海绵组织特化程度低,因而草质硬、脆,弹性及柔性较差,而高蔺一号草茎长度占优,腔隙道数量较多,分布均匀,海绵组织特化程度高,所以草质好。建议生产中进一步推广应用。
Experiment to compare stem anatomic structure of 4 main cultivars in Common Rush was carried out. The results showed that there are significant differences in morphology histology among these cultivars. One culivar, called Japanese Tai Rush,had thicher stem wall,more fiber bunches and vascular bunches and lower specilized Pith tissue, which made its stem harder, more fragile and less elastic than other three ones. Otherwise, Gaolin No. 1 had.tallest stem,more canals in ground tissue and higher specialized pith tissue, which made its stem higher quaity. It was suggested to populize this new bred in poroduction.
