摘要
本试验分别研究了不同母种培养基在恒温和变温条件下以及不同培养基交替培养情况下对黑木耳菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,在木屑、米糠混合培养基上菌丝的生长速度、密度以及菌丝的健壮程度都明显好于PDA培养基上生长的菌丝。利用木屑、米糠混合培养基与PDA培养基进行交替培养,黑木耳菌丝生长明显比单一培养基连续培要好。交替轮换培养及更换培养基起到菌丝复壮的作用。
This test was conducted to study the effects of different stock mediums and different alternate culture ways on growth of Auricularia auricula under condition of constant and changeable temperure. The results showed that the growth rate、density and the health of mycelia on the medium mixed with wood flour and rice bram were significant better than that in contrast medium PDA. Auricularia auricula mycelia under alternate culture with wood flour rice bram and PDA goowed better than in continuous culture with single medium. Thus altemate culture could make the mycelia rejuvenation.
