摘要
本文通过不同温度、pH值、CO2浓度、相对湿度、培养料含水量和光照等多种处理,研究了上述培养条件对柱状田头菇[Agrocybecylindracea(De.exFr.)Mairde]菌丝生长的影响。结果表明柱状田头菇菌丝体生长的最适温度为25℃;最适的pH值为5.5,适宜范围为4~8;当CO2浓度超过0.18%时菌丝生长明显地受到抑制;最适相对湿度为96%,适宜范围为85%~100%;在培养料的料水比为1:1.4时,菌丝生长最快;黑暗条件下,菌丝体生长快速,强光条件下菌丝体生长将受到一定程度地抑制。
The paper has studied the effects of the temperature, pH, concentration of carbon dioxide, R. H and moisture content, and light on mycelial growth of Agrocybe cylindracea.The results showed: the optimol temperature of the mycelial growth was 25℃. The vegetative growth of the fungus took place in the range of pH 4.0 to 8.0, with the optimum at 5. 5. The mycelium could grow at the concentration of carbon dioxide below 0. 18 percent and would be inhibited at carbon dioxide concentration over 0. 18 percent.The mycelium grew well within a range of 85% ~ 100% of R. H, with the optimum one at 96%. The range of substrate/water for the mycelial growth was from 1:0. 8 to 1: 2. 5 with the optimum at 1: 1. 4. The mycelium grew well in the dark. The more intensive the light is, the stronger the inhibitory effect on mycelial growth is.
